3. Payment Terms

AI tools provided as part of our Services are intended to accelerate your creative process, not replace human creativity. You agree not to use these tools to generate content that infringes on the rights of others, violates applicable laws, or is unethical. Noizer.com reserves the right to terminate access to these tools if misuse is detected.

By enrolling in these courses, you agree to abide by the guidelines and rules set forth within the course materials. Access to free courses like the Fan Funnel Masterclass is granted at Noizer.com’s discretion and may be revoked if terms are violated.

8. Noizer ArtistHub

The Noizer ArtistHub is your centralized member area where you can access all of the resources and tools available through Noizer.com. Within the ArtistHub, you can:

• Access Courses and Free Masterclasses: Enroll in and complete our online courses, including the Fan Funnel Masterclass, designed to help you navigate and succeed in the music industry.
• Download Resources: Easily download any materials, tools, or content provided through our courses or services.
• Manage Your Orders: Keep track of your purchases, view order history, and manage your subscriptions through your personal Account Dashboard.

9. Noizer Online Community

The Noizer Online Community is an exclusive space within the ArtistHub designed to foster collaboration, support, and networking among independent artists and labels. In this community, you can:

• Connect with Peers: Engage with other artists and labels, share experiences, and build valuable relationships within the industry.
• Participate in Discussions: Join in on forums and group discussions to exchange ideas, get feedback, and seek advice from fellow community members.
• Access Exclusive Content: Gain access to community-only content, including Q&A sessions, webinars, and special events tailored to your growth as an artist or label.

10. Cancellation and Termination

Noizer.com reserves the right to cancel or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site or Noizer.com.
